CLIMATE AND LIGHT

Riyadh is one of the hottest cities in Saudi Arabia, and the surrounding area has its own microclimate.

In the winter months, temperatures average around 10°C dropping to around 20°C, and the average daily wind speed is 16 kilometers per hour but can be higher, especially in open areas.

During the spring and summer months, average temperatures soar from 25°C but can reach 45°C or more. The monthly average rainfall throughout the summer months is minimal, typically around 1.27 centimeters, and winds average around 12-14 kilometers per hour.
